Just over 2 hours. My new monitor and my off monitor are completely different brightness and contrast. It looks fine on my main monitor, but just some blown out thing on my secondary. I will need to calibrate it for sure.

I was asked my Monica to do another portrait. I wasn't really happy with that gift from last year. Now I just went back and looked at the gift when I finished the new one. Its really crazy how much better you get in a year.
Progress is a slow process, but nevertheless I am motivated now to keep going!

I am trying to get better at painting. So I'm setting 2 hour limits and seeing what i can get done in that time.
This took me 2 hours and 10 minues (because I thought the background would be compositionally better like a landscape)
